Q. how fast will my order ship?
a. Most domestic orders are delivered within 1-5 business days.

q. how long have you been in business?
A. our company has been in business since the fall of 2020.

q. where are your products made?
a. our parts are made in asia and are assembled in the u.s.

q. are your products safe?
a. all of our products are hand-made and tested for potentially hazardous situations. we have included a safety feature that is indicated on our blend tips page.

q. why isn't my blender working after pressing the power button?
A. the power button has to be pressed twice for the blender to operate.

q. why did my blender stop working after trying to blend my ingredients?
a. all ingredients should be proportionally prepped. the blender will not operate if the cup is encapsulated with large portions of food. we recommend moderating your ingredients for the most efficient blending experience.

q. where are you located?
a. we are based in new york.

q. how powerful are your portable blenders?
a. our pro model is 7.4 volts which equate to roughly about 200 watts.
